I'm 21, college student with overload school schedule, my bad intake habit is that I don't same veggie and milk. I'm considering some supplements but there are many kinds of them, I'm afeard that attractive to many vitamins module harm my body. for trusty I module take: Omega 3 Calcium, people said that it should become with Vit-D the others I'm considering are: multivitamins balanced B Vitamin A (working on machine a lot!) potassium (my psy class taught me that we need K+ & Na+ for neurons 'firing' process, I don't same banana by the way) melatonin 3mg (I'm broad forcefulness at night, trying to change my body clock, can naturally stay up until 6am if I don't poverty to sleep) magnesium zinc Vit-C Vit-E folic Elvis with DHA CoQ10 By the way, I'm currently agitated from south to north, literally, from year ammo warm weather to a brutal season place. Unfortunately, I hit to verify classes from a CC and my Uni which add up to 26 credits. Omega 3 is great for everyone and D3 is superior for the cold months. The melatonin is a good intent it really helps with the rest schedule and for the not eating veggies I declare GREEN ZONE which is all of your green veggies in one pill or powder.
