its a medication titled paralgin fortissimo one tablet has 400mg of paracetamol and 30 mg of codeine if someone took a few of this will they od?

They would OD on the paracetamol but not on the codeine. Most paracetamol overdose needs 20+ pills but some grouping can OD on as few as 12
