Well, Marijuana actually stays in ur system for 30 days. smoking it 36hrs before makes no difference. YOu requirement to be trusty to tell the nurses and doctors in the OR when the last time you smoked was. becuse they will find it discover anyway when they put you to sleep and wake you up. we always find out. so be honest. Hope this helps
