There isn't a cure for snoring, but there is a way to lessen it. Snoring is caused by stenosed nasal or esphogas passages. There are now products to support assuage this. There are also some inscents that crapper support inaugural up the passages as well.

If you hear him breathing you can nudge them or move them into a different position. This will stop the breathing short term. http://www.ehow.com/how_4495401_prevent-snoring.html?ref=fuel&utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=ssp&utm_campaign=yssp_art

snoring is a symptom. Generally breathed is associated with rest apnea or fastening breathing. Take your husband to the doctor and obligation a rest study. You will be saving his life and getting a more restful sleep. I know 32 year old died in his sleep. His wife went to rest in added shack because the breathed got so bad, she heard it stop for a patch and went backwards to bottom and he was dead. She was a woman with digit small kids. she wishes she would have taken my advice I ingest to respire as well. Sleep apnea is a disorder defined by a change or cessation (pause of breathing, airflow) during sleep. An apnea is a period of time during which breathed stops or is markedly reduced. In simplified terms, an apnea occurs when a mortal stops breathed for 10 seconds or more. Apneas commonly occur during sleep. When an apnea occurs, rest is disrupted. Sometimes this means the mortal wakes up completely, but sometimes this crapper mean the mortal comes out of a deep level of rest and into a more shallow level of sleep. Other symptoms included Abnormal daytime sleepiness, including falling asleep at inappropriate times Awakening unrefreshed in the morning Depression (possibly) Episodes of no breathed (apnea) Lethargy Loud breathed Memory difficulties Morning headaches Personality changes Poor immersion Restless rest Consequences of untreated rest apnea pulmonic hypertension right-sided hunch failure or cor pulmonal Abnormal hunch rhythm (arrhythmia) Excessive carbon dioxide levels in the blood Heart disease High blood pressure Sleep deprivation Stroke Memory loss traffic accidents morning headaches CO2 retention metabolic disoder Feeling of ADD weight gain There is a high correlation with diabetes anCOPD as well. FYI-nasal strips and OTC treatments do no treat SA. They only hide the symptoms. I wish someone would have pushed me into the effort and the treatment. Treatment of SA is generally CPAP (or another positive airway pressures.) If the obstruction is substantially known, surgery haw help but the outcomes have been poor. (SA in kids is substantially treated with a TA removal) Oxygen does not work because the oxygen is bloocked. IF the rest apnea only occurs on the back, the tennis ball methodmay work. For whatever individuals a dental figure works. Weight loss in whatever people works. Thin people get SA too. I lost over a 100 pounds and my rest apnea has not improved. These are the treatment. The only cure is a tracheostomy but who wants a hole in their throat and every the problems that causes. Because rest apnea so often includes clamorous snoring, the condition crapper also adversely affect the rest quality of a patient's bottom partner. Spouses or partners haw also undergo from sleeplessness and fatigue. In whatever cases, the breathed crapper disrupt relationships. Diagnosis and communication of rest apnea in the patient crapper help eliminate these problems. (http://www.umm.edu/patiented/articles/how_serious_sleep_apnea_000065_5.htm) Best wishes for your husbands upbeat and your requirement for sleep

It sounds like your economise may need a rest study, there is the possibility of rest apnea..(welcome to MY world) Things to check for. #1. "breath holding" episodes. #2. Frequently complains of being tired #3. Gets up ofttimes to go to bathroom at night #4. Increased craving and coefficient gain. #5. May try to sleeping at the wheel, when driving, or when riding. #6. Wakes up with headaches frequently. #7. Increased irritability, lack of concentration. #8. Increased blood pressure and heart rate #9. Impotence. #10. Symptoms worsen if too bushed or drinking alcohol If this sounds familiar......he rattling needs a rest study. I "failed" mine, and now hit to rest with a mask on to assist my breathing while asleep. I also hit lost 40lbs, since diagnosed with rest apnea, (lotta life at the gym)... sleep apnea can contribute to broad blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, and has been linked to more traffic accidents than possibly alcohol...good luck

This may not be a cure, but it does relieve the noise from snoring. My economise snores too, and this is what I have him do. Sleep in his side, and if he rolls over onto his back, poke him in the side, and tell him to roll over on his side. This usually stops the breathing immediately. Try it, and see what happens. Good luck, and Blessed Be
