I take valerian sometimes to get a good nights sleep but is there something stronger or should i just take more than digit valerian .

Valerian Root. Get it at some accumulation that sells vitamins. Valium is made from an extract of Valerian Root.

Magnesium is an excellent muscle relaxant. Generally speaking, it's very innocuous and widely available. 250mg before bed is usually enough... you can verify more than that if you need to, it isn't toxic at broad doses and won't accumulate or anything. BUT if you verify too much you'll get diarrhea. If you're having difficulty sleeping, my prizewinning advice would be to encounter discover WHY and treat the underlying problem. And just to be clear... benzodiazepine is NOT prefabricated from an extract of Valerian. benzodiazepine is a benzodiazepine derivative (diazepam.) This is not attendant to Valerian at all. Valerian stem is classified as a hypnotic, which means it is mildly sedating.
