I have started taking olive foliage extract capsules. I am hoping to boost my insusceptible system and I have read this herb is very promising. I have had a taste of upset stomach today. I took the pill with a piece of toast. Should I maybe eat more when taking them? Anyone else have some reactions? I am slowly increaseing my dose.
