I fuck my PB & J's but I want a lower carb alternative for the bread. Let me clarify, I don't add the "J" part. Just looking for the best choice because I do enjoy BP and I think it's a pretty flourishing and quick choice when I don't have time to cook.

you could put it in a tortilla and wrap it up like a PB&J taco

If you had multi grain wholemeal bread, this would be rattling healthy. Or else you could essay rice crackers. there are plenty of wholewheat and rye crackerbreads on the market. Try one of those also.

Well, clams is bread. You could try graham crackers, or maybe pita bread, but I don't think there's anything that's completely low carb...

Try using rice crackers or wheat bread. They hit fewer carbs. There are soy crackers as well which hit little or no carbs.

Tortilla, clams prefabricated with soy flour rather than or in place of conception of the lawful flour, pita...or essay ham. PB&J on player is surprisingly good.

Whole wheat clams is fine. I encounter it a taste odd though that you are eating PB&J and are worried about the carbohydrate calculate in a slice of bread. Your body needs carbs, dont cut them out of your diet.
