I'm thinking on being vegetarian, absolutely descending junk food, soft drinks & chocolate until I retrograde like most 12-14 kg. I undergo all of this will benefit my goal in loosing weight, except for being vegetarian. Without egg, meat & fish, will my embody see weak? But I'm not gonna do weight upbringing or build muscles, just cardio, so becoming vegetarian strength not be such of a problem right? And by mass this diet, and doing cardio for 30 minutes 5 times a week, how long will it take me to retrograde 12-14 kg?? Thanks.

it reall depends Metabolism changes due to diet change and amount eaten If you take a lot, and are like 200lbs, ur gunna requirement to take lots of veggies so that ur metabolism gets higher. Sounds weird.

there's no proof that existence vegetarian can support u to retrograde weight.. i undergo vegetarians who are huge, eat like a pig and look like a giant.. so don't be too hornlike on existence a vegetarian.. essay a balanced diet. good luck.
