lol honestly? Well I do this and I have told him it is good for my abs. I don't do it on purpose but I conceive about it afterwards when my abs are sore. if you (the woman) is on top and you arch back a shade taste it flexes your abs the whole time. I got good abs this way. Sounds silly but i feel after every time i do this like i got a hornlike work out and good enjoyed it as well.

It tones everything. I fuck to be tosses around and flipped and agitated and stirred. It entireness up quite a sweat.
