 How to tone your butt...?

I'm pretty athletic but I want my laughingstock to be more toned. Are their any another more advanced stretches another then lunges? Also, (instead of wasting another 5 points) how can you stop peeling on your face after sunburn? Just apply lotion..?

Sunburn is meant to peel, you can't kibosh it. And, do those clench things, they help.

Squats , lunges and doing everyday butt Crunches as I call them :-) Meaning always apply down time to tighten and promulgation your muscles. It sounds wierd.. But do that none kibosh all day car, work, watching TV before you go to bed Coupled with your routine work out.. ..... Now Sunburn Face is going to peel alas because you hit damaged the outer place of the skin. Kinda like putting an egg on a frying pan and saying DON"T cook. But... keep VERY hydrated... don't be in the sun the day after going discover partying or party in the sun. Use a descent sun block. But if the damage is finished Down that Water . your skin really needs to replenish itself. Now that's that's not a fix but it may help. A wash cloth of luke cold water is good too from the outside. I do NOT suggest lots of cream. Something simple and natural. To much chemical and smell will make it worse. Good Luck

if you lie flat on you backwards with your hands by your side and displace your knees and your backwards so you get a straight diagonal from your knees to your shoulder, tweet your bum cheeks it tones rattling well and you see a big improvement quite quickly! hold the postion for about 10 second and do it 3 times a day and i tink discolour is suppossed to peel i not try some of these... http://www.netfit.co.uk/assets/home-exercises.jpg
