Ok My husband returns in 3 months from deployment. I wanna drop maybe 10-15lbs before his return. I hit in the last 2 months cut discover sweet tea and junk food. I started walking but I hit kinda cheated and got off the walking kick. I springy in Florida and due to a furious Tropical season I hit not walked. I hit no instance for the gym nor can I afford it. I am also attractive Lipodrene to edge appetite. More than anything I need whatever useful tips for exercising at home and suggestions for weight expiration teas and weight expiration pills.
