 What is a good liberated Weight Loss site ... I also need advice for on the road?

I desprately poverty to loose weight. I walk my 4 dogs every morning for about 30 - 45 minutes and jog sometimes with one of them adding it up to an hour. I repeat this walk every afternoon around 5:30pm. I love activity with my dogs and I see same I may have lost some coefficient ... but I poverty a site that I crapper track my progress that is free. Also, I go on monthly roadtrips that last about a week. I would same some tips for eating flourishing patch traveling. I have packed some good sandwiches before ... but that exclusive lasts for a couple days. I exclusive have so much shack in my cooler. Thanks in advance.

I like sparkpeople i unexpectedly stumbled upon it one day, you crapper track your coefficient and plan your meals and they have a calorie counting thing and alot of tools and you crapper make goals not just handling with coefficient loss. they have forums and groups were you crapper talk to people that have the aforementioned goal as you or are the aforementioned geezerhood group...i really liked it and they have alot of educational clog and exercise ideas and stuff. itz free no harm in checking it out.
