How far and fast do I have to run to burn off 4 big macs, 3 large fries, 2 large cokes and an ice cream cone?

2000 calories for 4 big macs 1600 calories for the fries 400 calories for the cokes 250 for the ice cream that's a amount of 4250 calories. jogging you can burn up to 200 calories every 30 min. so that would be a amount of 5 and a half hours of jogging. have a good one

To keep the calories downbound you can't eat that at all. And you can't tell how far and fast because those are based soured your muscle and genetics. I suggest just doing HIIT cardio. That is great but it is hard to feature how well it will work with the food you ate.

Start streaming correct now, Run as far as you can for as long as you can... go till you pass out - when you get up move streaming again. Seriously - it depends on how much you weigh and many another factors. You are talking most at least 4800 calories. So if you weigh 200 lbs (which you belike weigh at least that much if you are eating the above) then you would need to run at 8 miles per hour for most 4 hours to burn those calories. If you can only go 5 mile an hour then you are looking at nearly 7 hours.

That's reaching up on about 5000 calories if I'm accurate. You won't be healthy to burn that trash off in one shot. You'll have to east upbeat and sparingly for at small a week and do cardio aerobics every day for at small an hour. By the end of the week that crap should be substantially outta ya. Or you could meet puke it all up. Why not, that's meet as healthy as binging that clog in the first place.
