i know this is not flourishing and a large weight drop for anyone, but ive gained a lot of weight this summer and theres a fancy ball existence held and im attending. everythings perfect, ive got the perfect date and the hottest dress but ive put on tonnes of pounds and i wana drop all this before that! please help me by advising what fasting i should follow and what extremity exersises i should do. your recomendations and advice is much appreciated. thnx in advance x by the way, im a vegitarian and i HAVE to intend atleast 20pounds peak off me befor october 15th.
