Okay so Im 17 5'5 118-120lbs trying to lose weight Bfast: Yogurt apricot forbid (7:30am) Lunch: Salad wrap (12:00) Snack: Grapes (1:00) Dinner: Bowl of fat organic yogurt (5:45pm) I also went for a brief run. I am SO full. WHY? Is that a lot? HELP! B: 240 L: 250 S: 138 D: 250 calories I worked out

You may be opinion displeased because you aren't eating sufficiency modify though you might be opinion full it happens to me all the time.

why do you want to retrograde weight=118 is a flourishing weight for your height. Anything less is unhealthy and unless you want to have some pretty serious scrutiny conditions when you are in your 50's and senior you need to take more. Eat some organically raised fats and at small 1800 Kcal a day and a much more diverse diet. Go for health and not what some magazine says you should look like. Know that all the photos of the caretaker skinny models are photo shopped and most weight a lot more than what it looks like in the pictures. Anorexia is not cool or healthy
