i am 5'7", 19 eld old and about 132 lbs. I conceive this is a bit unhealthy and I'd like to lose about 10 lbs. What do you think? i feel gross.

132 lbs. is a good weight, so is 122 lbs., thought 10 pounds on an already skinny person can be drastic.

No you are within your weight category. At 5' you should weigh 100 lbs then 5 lbs per inch thereafter. so between 125-135 more so around 135. if you're feeling fat maybe try toning.

no, i think you're fine. i'm 5'4 and 125. im not skinny but not fat. if you rattling want to retrograde decade lbs then do it. but meet dont go disturbed about losing weight ur not fat.

Nah you're perfectly fine, pretty thin actually. I mean, if you rattling wanted to you could lose like fivesome but it won't be that noticeable. I think every girl feels like that, I know I feel huge at 126 and 5'8", but I also realize that no digit else thinks that at all. Also I can see women who weigh ten-fifteen pounds more than me and they look fine, so it's rattling meet me existence insecure -- it's belike the same for you!
