I'd like to retrograde a little taste of weight to make my jeans more comfortable. Any suggestions for losing 5 lbs? Also, how crapper I curb the propose to eat a bunch of honeyed and salt snacks?

Drink one tall glass of water before each nutrition and with each meal. Eat exclusive half the food on your plate. You need to eat less. You need to ingest more (water). Sugar is an addiction. Just kibosh eating dessert. It's hard, but after a few days you won't lust it anymore. If you feel you staleness have something course after eating, ingest a little diluted juice. Try to incorporate any type of excersize into your day also. Take stairs, park farther away, or just walk wherever your going. Good luck.
