so im 16, about 5 ft n 6 in., i weigh 138 pounds...im as average as u can get...im not thin and im not chubby. Anyway, I wanna intend build up! but everytime i start employed out, i intend rattling pumped for about a week or so n then i just provide up because i intend tired or because i dont see some results. i also smoke weed about 3 or 4 nowadays a week and im thinkin maybe this is affecting me 2 keep my motivation. do u guys have some tips on how to keep my motivation?? i dont have money 2 be spendin on a private instructor or wutever, but i kno fer sure that ill be healthy 2 intend build up if only i can follow 2 a diet organisation and an exercise program, but how can i follow to it?? [[i posted this on the "mental health" section....but i think it was the wrong section to post my question...

Stop smoking weed, then ingest the money to go to Barnes and Noble to but all the exercising books they have.

Well, everyone I know who utilised to smoke weed a lot and then stopped, or cut backwards big time, said that it helped them to get impelled with everything again. Whether it was music or school or sports, they started preforming such better, so I'd move off by cutting backwards on the weed.

yeah from individualized undergo i can tell u that you are never going to get motivated until you stop smoking. why not cut out the time you respiration tracheophyte and replace it w/ the workout you want to accomplish. not exclusive module that give you totally different and more rewarding results, but it module help you in most other aspects of your life.

I have the same problem but i'm 15 and a girl my suggestion would be to kibosh respiration and find something else you love and work towards that as like a reward for employed hard or if your not selection to kibosh respiration which i understand most of my friends smoke weed i personally don't but i know the feeling of how hard it can be use weed as your need ordered a schedule that your going to go by for employed out and if you don't follow that you don't get to smoke may sound unearthly but hey look ya it module work

I am not gonna give you hell for the pot, because I think its not the abstract that demotivates you. Ask yourself this: What got me into impact discover in the first place?
