Im an fleshiness 14 yr old kid. Im around 5:7 and weigh like 175. I go to the gym 2-3 nowadays a week and run 2-3 nowadays a week. Although the Dr keeps telling me alot of it is muscle I want to lose some coefficient but not with such an etreme diet like coefficient watchers just a healthy lifestyle. What is an average diet that i could study and lose coefficient over time?
