Eat only firm foods. Nothing from a bag or a box. Drink lots of liquid and walk when you can. Good luck.

DONT EAT dinner. that's what i do. and diversion dance dance. to sweat you up. and drink water! thats it. and ohh, dont do the lippo(isa that the right spelling, whatever) thing.

just get up the speed u undergo gas and you'll loose the meat rolls

Do eat ALL meals. It is a proven fact that people who don't eat breakfast, are heavier than the rest of the population. Exercise too, that helps tremendously.
