OK. so. I got cooked discover with example work-out plan so I decided to revise this one Sunday- 10 min. travel with Meri 45 time walk/run with Bella ab workout Monday- 10 time travel with Meri 20 time walk with Bella leg workout Tuesday- 10 time travel with Meri 45 time walk/run with Bella arm work-out Wednesday- ab workout 10 time travel with Meri 20 time walk with Bella Thursday- 10 time travel with Meri leg work-out Friday- 10 time travel with Meri arm workout 45 time walk/jog with Bella Saturday- 10 time travel with Meri rest for the rest of the day every week my travel with Meri goes up by 5 minutes b/c I am working discover her back mitt leg to help her hips. what do you think? and I am going to go grocery shopping so I hit more HEALTHY matter in my house I am going to do my prizewinning to attain it so we don't hit unhealthy food
