do sit ups crunches. you rattling cant get them alacritous it takes time. its not overnight. compassionate but thats the truth. if you want rattling alacritous results idk p90x. Ive been doing sit ups for months now(that means over a year) my six arrange is play to come in. take alot of food. fasting is a nessecity. Eat alot of protein, defect it off and mold it into muscle. prizewinning advice i can give you. oh and PUSH YOURSELF

It's commitment, you can't easily get one fast, unless you buy a joke one from a shop. Do plenty of exercise, and go to the gym, and maybe after a while, then

You can't get one "fast" because it takes time to form the muscles. You need to eat very healthy and drink lots of water.

For this you will have to spent lot of instance in GYM ... Atleast 3 hours in morning and 3 hours in evening, you need to be in GYM. And yes with your proper diet. For six arrange you need to concentrate more on Abs exercise. Follow the instruction of you GYM instructor ...... regarding the exercise and diet.
