i'm worried most my eating habits (lots of junk, nearly no healthy stuff) and i'm not as hardcore most fitness as i'd like to be. but my dad's calling me lean for wanting to go to fat camp :( i'm 5'5" 108 lbs i exercise maybe like 10 hours a week i have no limb muscles whatsoever and i really want to be more in shape. your thoughts?

Get a personal trainer, or develop an eating and training organisation that is healthier.

you should just join a gym. there would be experts to tell you what to eat and how to workout and intend healthy. you dont need fruitful camp

Ah.....sounds like you requirement some lifting weights for limb muscles. if you exercise 10 hours a week, I think that's fine. You are underweight. See below. Also, eat better!! No one crapper curb what you eat, BUT YOU!!!

Try to take a lowercase healthier. I'm not suggesting radically changing your diet, but make sure you are effort enough nutrients. Protein especially is necessary for muscle gain. Also, if you aren't effort an adequate number of calories, it might be difficult to acquire and maintain muscle mass. You are a lowercase underweight, so it might be advantageous to take a lowercase more anyway. (Although your age or pearl scheme could be the cause of that) I don't conceive fat tent is the answer to your perplexity though. :)
