how crapper i healthily lower my body fat proportionality to 14% and how long would it take? like crapper someone give me meal plans that are easy...peanut butter sandwiches..yogurt...smoothies....fruit....nothing real fancy or anything please. and training plans. would training same 30 transactions of running and 1 hour of cycle riding help...and easy matter lifting same dumbbells and crunches?

By eating lots of foods with accelerator in it like lean meats andcutting down a lot on carbs such as rice breads potatos

Depending on your age and bodytype: For females in general, under 16% amount body fruitful is chanceful without professed supervision. It's also VERY hard to maintain!! I would stick to 17-18%. This level allows any muscle talk and uncolored curves your hunting for to happen though, and is 100 times easier to maintain. As a competitive gymnast, I drop to 14% at the peak of our season. This requires a caretaker hard, and long commitment to a very specific diet, that's monitored by professed coaches and a nutritionist. I don't recommend doing this on your own -- at all. You can get very sick, very quickly. And like I said above, 17% - 18% shows all the curves and talk in a very ingratiating way. Unless your an athlete, that extra 3% has no benefits whatsoever.
