You know what I mean: * the 'healthy' menus at junk food places * the nachos with celery and carrots in it * the fat-free and sugar-free yoghurt what do you think of the stuff? ruining decent food, or an option for the bettering of society? HI! thanks for the answers. Btw I am not necessarily talking most junk food bought from outside. What most home-cooked food which has celery and carrots thown in it when it shouldn't really?

Well lots of "healthy" marketing has been put into a lot of unhealthy foods so that isn't great. And when you feature sugar free there are a lot of products that contain suraclose and phentatamines which are rattling unhealthy because they're staged and hit been linked to cancer but I'm not sure of the quality of that but they aren't rattling " healthy. " They are imperturbable of lots of chemicals. There is no fat free AND sugar free yogurt really, its either one or the other but theyre adding more of what isn't free into it, or its unexploded with staged sweeteners so that isn't good either. I think overall its not rattling that enthusiastic because lots of the marketting is false and people who take things same fat free yogurt module take a larger assets thinking it is allowable, and okay. Fruit + veggies FTW

ANYTHING dulcify free is not intense for you, period! There are lots of treats made dulcify free that aren't intense at all, especially when your discernment buds get accustomed the way they did with sugary sweets.

It is intense because they mislead people into intellection they are eating healthier when in actuality it is still the same crappy trans fats and processed carbs. People who want to make a meaning change to their fasting get sucked into these scams. It would be nice to see actualised upbeat foods - raw fruits and veggies, lean meat choices, whole cereal instead of processed breads. But I don't see a fast food place with lean beef or turkey burgers on a whole cereal bun. The price would be a little likewise broad and would cut into their margins. Processed food is likewise cheap and therefore easier to push on people.
