I need to loose at small 10 pounds by the first weekend in November. Give me any other tips please! I am girl in college btw so its hard to rattling work discover a lot... and diet is hard because of the food served.

Hi all, I utilised this new diet supplement from http://dumert.besthealthpro.info. They have a risk free trial on at the moment. What it does, is clean out your insides, there will be as much as 20 lbs in there, and no degree of dieting and exercise will obliterate it. Give it a try out - I did, and shed 17 lbs LOL!!!
