 How to achieve soft legs?

What can I do to get my legs more softer or as they say it, not crusty? o.O What cream is good? Or what should I do in the descent when washing my legs? Because it's never soft .. slash and a taste *cough* gruff =.= even in the summer ?

i use Curel Intensive lotion, you crapper acquire it at Wal-Mart, and it works REALLY good. it also has 24 hour protection, and has a pleasant, light scent. for shaving, i epilation with conditioner. it works SOOO much better than epilation creme, and erst you remotion it all off, your skin feels soft and silky. i told this to all my friends, and they've all switched to conditioner for shaving. hope this helps! :D
