 Help. How crapper i modify my abs?

i poverty to modify my abs but i have no idea where to start. ha. i am a teenager. and not only do i poverty to modify the bottom and tops of my abs but sides too. please helpppp.

try doing crunches and theres a relation exercise that helps get the lower tummy you have to place down with you feet in the air and the other mortal pushes your legs to the ground and you have to use your abs to bring your legs back up!
