 ways to prompt myself into doing exercise or dieting?

I just don't seem to be able to get into dieting, or doing exercise. I'll verify myself I'll do it, then I'll end up giving up about 2 weeks later. Any tips?

put a picture of someone with ur ideal wieght on ur mirror so ur reminded what u want to look like. Think about ur health and wieght as exercising

put pictures of yourself in a swimsuit or something in the places that you see the most seeing these pictures every the instance module remind of why you want to lose weight and with those pictures of yourself put pictures of someone who has the embody type that you'd like to have incoming to the pictures of you this module prompt you to obtain that embody instead of sinking with your own GOOD LUCK :)

First of all digit should take natural food. Then you see happy and full of energy and can't centre at digit place, you want to move. But digit is still tired and hungry after eating chemical or synthetic food. Look what are you eating.

The problem with going on a "diet" is that the word "diet" implies something temporary or something that is a modify from the normal routine of your life so that you crapper attain a result. Everybody knows that as soon as you obtain your termination from your diet, you stop fasting and you have to start every over again. My intent is different. Instead of going on a "diet," we are slowly going to modify our lifestyle. Once we create healthier style habits for ourselves, these will be permanent, and instead of attaining a termination from the lifestyle, we obtain the style itself, which will become the normal routine kinda than be a assorted instruction from the normal routine. So the key here is not to conceive that this is a fortuity from the norm until we obtain a result, the key is to convince ourselves that this modify IS the newborn norm, and that the termination we are looking for will be unsuccessful because it will only be the process of implementing these pillars routine without thinking--as if they are second nature. So do not conceive of the things you are doing as a sacrifice or duty to yourself, only affectionateness them as you would affectionateness a newborn job or a newborn house--they are something that you chose that will be the way you identify with yourself from today on. This is every most doing things that are uncolored for our bodies, and that our bodies have been evolved to do--which grouping are less and less probable to do because society influences us NOT to. Break away from cultural tendencies to commodify huge, luxurious meals and lazy afternoons after work and listen to what uncolored tendencies have factored into the mathematics success of our species.
