Please don't recommend any take or an training possible through any gym's equipment. I poverty to know most an training which can be did in home. It doesn't matter how stiff it is, the thing which matters I poverty muscles in 15 days. Don't forget to apprize the exercise.

15 days-impossible. You would be serendipitous if you were at a gym using free weights and machines and you gained a 1/4 progress in 15 days....very lucky. It takes time to build muscles

Grab some heavy things you crapper do bicep curls with at your house and don't kibosh doing them. When you get too bushed to do any more, lower the weight and continue. Make trusty not to lean backwards, that's cheating. Also essay to keep your elbows tucked to your sides and don't advise your shoulders. For triceps untruth on your back and do extensions. Have your elbow up and improve the weight to fully extended arm length. just keep doing repetitions and lowering weight.

Your not going to get buffed in that turn of time. You strength not modify be able to SEE results in that time. But you will NOTICE results if you are sacred and pay time at whatever you do. For exampe, Within my prototypal 2 weeks of working with dumbells, I went from doing about 10-15 reps tops doing 15 pounds on each of the dumbells before my blazonry couldn't do more. About a week and half later, I was pumping discover 30 reps no problem. All I did was curls, hammer curls, and a few other lifting techniques. Spending maybe 20-30 minutes total on them.
