any help and i dont wanna hear negative stuff please and dont post things like shakes or tablets and all does anyone undergo a healthy artefact to lax 54lbs by the 21 of december? please HELP! thankyouu =) everytime i diet i lax like 6-11lbs and i ate healthy and everything but im asking this question to wager if theres a meliorate way

there is NO WAY to lose that such in that little amount of time and it be HEALTHY. if you're looking for HEALTHY weightloss that would be about 2 pounds a week...

It's not healthy to retrograde 54Ibs by the 21st of December. Not healthy at all. I'd say shoot for 10 pounds, or maybe 15. You crapper do that by intake better and exercising more. And crapulence more water!

I'm really sorry to inform you, but a medical professed would study it flourishing to retrograde around 5 pounds in 4 weeks. there is simply not sufficiency time to retrograde 54 pounds in a flourishing OR unwholesome way without literally ending yourself, or chopping the fat off.

eat one meal a period at 4 o clock no more than 400 calories and workout alot because the fruitful wont be stored intake that little taste and at 4 so you can lose 2-3 lbs a period but when you go back to intake connatural you got to ease into it cuz you can end up gaining all the weight back in same 3 days

It's impossible. You can lose that much weight only before december 09 not this decemeber
