how do i retrograde individual i hit man bobbes i tried everything i ate healthier, i exercised a aggregation but wierd thing when i stopped exerciseing (after the 4 weeks of exercising ) i forfeited 10 pounds but i didnt loose some individual when i exercised my embody is wierd

You could lose about 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Dont embellish anorexic!! Go to the gym in your spare time or:: Here's some weight loss tip's which you can do everyday: - Exercise 6 to 7 days a week. - And try to fortuity your workout into two assorted sessions, this gives your metastasis a jolt. - Drink 6 to 8 cups of liquid a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories. - Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect.
