first off, neither my fasting nor exercise has changed. i've been trying to process my liquid intake since i've noticed i haven't been getting nearly enough liquids. so yesterday, i had a ton of water, and hit peed numerous nowadays since then. yesterday morning, my weight was 106, and this morning, after i peed ease again, it's 111. and is ease 111 even after exercise. like i said, my fasting hasn't changed, so i know for sure it's not that. it's not my sodium intake, or my instance of the month, either. i also meet went to the bathroom [number two], so i don't that it's that. the only thing that could add this weight would be the water, but shouldn't i hit peed/sweat it out by now? how long until i'm 106 again? also, yesterday, after i drank the water, my stomach bloated a lot, and is ease slightly bloated. why did this happen?

Well...it IS possible to gain weight from drinking water...it's still substance going inside you...don't worry you'll micturition it out eventually!

You actually lose weight by crapulence lots of water.. You may hit eaten something that caused your stomach to bloat.

Did you take something before drinking water? That can cause treatment of the foods, causing your breadbasket to slightly bloat up. That is probably what happened. After the expansion, it'll become slightly more arduous to reduce that coefficient by exercising.

Drinking to much water can cause your stomach to feel bloated and sloshish. Everyones weight can swing between 2 and 5 pounds everyday. It should be back to normal by tomorrow.

more details on how u exercise? 70% of ur body's coefficient is liquid i need to no how ur exercising

Its most probable liquid weight. you will go backwards to 106 soon no need to worry. Also its really beatific to drink liquid but if you drink a LOT and once it could cause bloating.

I recently (about 3 months ago) made a conscious effort to ingest more liquid and I have completely cut out soda. It took nearly two weeks and my embody finally started responding to the change in liquid intake. it sounds like you gorged on water. Having liquid retention is a equilibrise of sodium, calcium, and potassium. If your stomach was swollen you have a problem possibly with your kidneys and or sac or modify heart. If you gained 5 pounds in 1 day you should separate to the Emergency room. Swelling in the mid section is dangerous. The pressure is unwholesome for your hunch and other organs. It would verify alot to hold on to 5 pounds of water. It takes 3500 calories to gain 1 pound of fat. Hormones and Thyroid and hunch conditions can cause such a rapid onset.

if you dont drink liquid like you should everyday, when you actually do, and you drink alot you module bloat. nonnegative your embody isnt use to effort this such liquid and it needs it so it tries to store it. its just liquid weight that you gained. try not to eat a aggregation of salt, salt module attain you retain water. dont starve your embody of water, drink liquid everday, and yet your embody module get used to effort liquid and it wont meet in your embody and it module support dowse your system out.
