people eat when they feel hungry.digestion is a long impact that involves breaking down, absorption and excretion of the food. the main parts of the body involved are representative (saliva), stomach( HCL, peptin and other digestive juices), liver (bile, etc), pancreas ( pancreatic juice ) , diminutive intestine ,etc. after passing through the diminutive intestine, the last remaining nutrients then get absorbed by the super intestine which then is removed discover of the body as feaces (poop in brief lol) through the anus
