 How do I determine how such hooligan I put on?

I hit been lifting for a couple months and this last period I put on ten pounds but I don't undergo how such of that is muscle.... I take creatine and protein. Also, I eat like disturbed to reassert my broad calorie load.

The prizewinning way would be to take your measurements. Keep a log book with measurements every 2 to 4 weeks. Measure around the biggest conception of the biceps, smallest conception of the waist, thickest conception of the thigh, widest conception of the hips, widest conception of chest at the nipples, widest conception of the calf.....before and after pictures would also work well.
