Hey Hi. I was same you too about 2 years ago. I was frustrated with my coefficient and i couldnt gain any accumulation though i did play many sports. What you need is to have a meal and workout plan. Plan a 5 meal instruction which you will have everyday. High carbs and high accelerator meals. You would also need accumulation gainers because no concern how such you may eat its not enough. Take the accumulation gainer before and after workout. Try to go for accumulation gainers which have high quality carbs which have lower way to be stored as fat. In the gym, you would need a total body workout but target only 1 field hooligan perday (Chests, Back, Shoulders, and your thighs) Cross train with 1 or 2 minor hooligan on the same day. Then let the muscles rest for at least 3 days before you work on it again. You can do other workouts which involves the same hooligan but do not do isolation workouts on the same muscles. Increase the coefficient progressively. Always remember u staleness lift onerous to acquire but donot overexert.
