 What exercises crapper I do while sat down in school?

I'd like to retrograde a few calories, but I do artefact to much sitting downbound at school. So, is there anything I can do? I don't want to draw too much tending to myself though haha. Sorry, but what are kegals? I'm really dumb and need things explaining lol.

u could basiclly on do handicap workouts put ur feet on the ground and ready them ther and lift ud ur toes as far as u can and stop it ther for like 3 secoinds and ready doing that or ready ur feet on the ground and ready em ther again except lift ur heels as far as u can

Kegals are not the 'exercise' you are looking for. Kegals are vaginal exercises. You could fidget...fidgeting all day burns over 500 calories. You could do isometric exercises..which lessen your muscles in your body as you sit....hold for 5 seconds, then release. You could play to chew gum.

typing on a computer and reordering cards everything cuts calories even blooming youre eyes even tho you might not think so
