Do you retrograde weight faster buy jogging at a moderate measure for 3-5 minutes or at a faster measure for short bursts 30 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes? I am on the grinder for about 20-25 minutes, and have done both while walking. Which is most trenchant to retrograde weight? Or, are they both equally effective? I've exclusive been using the grinder consistently for 2 weeks, so I'm meet starting. Hence, exclusive on it for 20 minutes. I do free weights and use an excercise ball as well.
