Toning my lower body...help!?

 Toning my lower body...help!?

Ok so I've lost most 20lbs and I am rattling bright with my bunk half but I still hit a bit of toning I'd like to do for the backwards of my thighs and I would like to appearance my calfs. I commonly go to the gym 3-4 days a week, and I separate 1.5-2mi at most 6.0mph-6.5mph, and then I achievement for most a .5mi-1mi or more at most 4.0-4.5mph, and sometimes I'll jog after both running and walking, for most .5mi. I then do most 35-40mins on the crosstrainer doing hill climb at resistance 6-12, and the cross ramp between 10-20. Been doing this for a month now and I do see my muscles on the side of my thighs getting harder but I still hit whatever flabbiness on the backwards of my thighs and my legs are still not shapely. I eat pretty good, commonly most 1800calories at most a day but on weekends I tend to go a little above, digit day just existence a cheat day. How long dirt I see rattling good results or what else crapper I do to support tone my lower body?

you requirement to do limited exercises for the backwards of your legs, check it out at the gym, or ask the ppl who work there GOOD JOB! you are my idol!! i requirement to lose 20 lbs too!! wow! i'm so impressed!! how long did it take?!?

Lunges are REALLY beatific for the thighs, they will tone the ucky flabbiness you hate. Also step ups on stairs support a lot. You are right most the wander days they are really beatific for you and support you lose weight faster. You crapper probably expect results in most a month, but for now when you are sore and tired advert how you will look in a month! Hope i helped : ) Good Luck
