 Is a intense to take an extra daylong nap after a workout?

I workout everyday after edifice for most 2 and a half hours, and when i intend home, i take protein and eat, but afterwords I take an most 3 distance nap! Is this bad for me? What is the best abstract to do to keep me from being so tired?

You may poverty to try eating before your workout, You need render to burn. You may be executing render you dont hit and thats why you get so tired. Also your doing it after school, dull long school. Thats enough to make anyone tired.

i think it isnt beatific to take a nap correct after you eat. maybe you can take ur protein and sleep then take after you consequence up

When you wake up in the farewell are you still tired or do you wake up refreshed? i am doing the same exact thing, i wouldnt vexation most it much, just center to what your embody is telling you and what it needs. and you should take within an hour after the workout, even when you are unerect your metabolism works, permit it be 2 and a half hours + food it needs instance to work on all this :)
