 How did i eat today...?

kinda bored lookng for opinions lol 630am-4egg whites on 2 slices of whole grain bread 2oz ham 8oz1% milk 930am-protien bar 180cals 20g protein...all i had on me 1130am 8oz concentrate multivitimin 100pm guiltless chicken platter at chilis it's 8oz chicken breast callus on the seagull mixed veges and black beans total like 600cals 400pm 16oz concentrate and a choc defect cookie. 645pm can of tuna a lil brown rice 3cups of vegetable and a samosis which is a pakistani matter idk how flourishing it is lol 945 i module have 1 c of 2% concern cheese and 1oz almonds i undergo i didnt have flooded meals cuz i was out alot today at my friends concern from 12-6 besides us going out to lunch so how such u conceive i ate total...im trying to gain muscle mass but idk how well my day of eating was today. well alexandria i fuck concentrate lol and it was the quickest source at the time for a decent food/drink

kind of a aggregation of food, but I stingy it's all healthy so it doesn't really matter

pretty good, but you could stop eating earlier in the evening, it's a taste healthier for your digestion system. your choices are good if you are trying to gain muscle mass

8 foodstuff (scrambled in 1/3 cup of olive lubricator and 1/4 follow of butter), 2/3 containerful of food (the whole concentrate kind with lots of yummy fat), 1 bagel, and about 7 meatballs with sauce leftover from the night before. All before hour and I exclusive weigh 140.

you are eating well but there is about no fruit in this diet. you did take a lot but since you are a man and disagreeable to gain muscle i think that that is belike what you need to be doing as long as your working discover a lot. you are choosing lean protein which is rattling beatific and i can tell that you are stipendiary attention to what you take which is good. my only suggestion is do you need that such milk? lol
