Pita with meat, cheese, sprouts, light mayo. Its not a sandwich though it sounds same it, its so much better. I place avocado on it as well but find most broad school kids don't care for that, but if you do its a enthusiastic savor booster. Peanut Butter and apples unitedly is good. Apples and string cheese is enthusiastic too. Tuna Salad, cowardly salad, left over cowardly overturned into a sandwich (or on the pita) Dry flatbread chips and hoummos (hummus strength not be on your diet though as it has oil but is rattling broad in protein). If you hit the 100 calorie bags, choose cereal thins or triscuits something same that maybe low sodium. I meet fuck lunch meats and cheese on crackers also. Maybe a swing of tomato....making same a cracker sandwich? Also tomato, mozzerella and dry flatbread chips are great. Yogurt with granola (very diminutive turn of granola, meet enough for crunch).

Start with putting some lean protein on your sandwich such as turkey, chicken, or beef. Instead of albescent clams countenance for a whole wheat clams or buy some flat bread. alluviation up on the veggies same they do at Subway. If you have to take chips go to baked chips. Other side dishes could be low fat cottage cheese or yogurt. Skip the vitamin liquid and stick with regular liquid or skim milk.
