Drinking lots of water, essay intake foods with alot of protein, burns faster. Fruits are great, alot of them, Do kardio, stomach crunches and leg excerises. That way you crapper burn what you poverty to, fast. And healthy.

Lots of cardio...at least 45 transactions everyday. Eat a low calorie fasting that exist of mostly vegetables and fruits with a little protein.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and go for at small a three or four knot separate twice a day. It worked for me. I was a real fat ass, up to 198 lb. I ran, ran, ran and ran every other period for a month, twice a period and by the end of the month I was down to 165 lb. It works...just got to discipline yourself to do it. Good luck.

Eat like you regularly do. But it really helps intake about 5 meals a period in small proportions, because it boosts up you metastasis so you retrograde calories faster. Also, the #1 thing is really to exersise, even though they don't believe it. The reason is becaus they don't hit patience. Exersise, and wait!!!! Just try avoiding junk food. and dont eat past 6:00.

DieHard: HILARIOUS! Ummm...there really is no "quick" way of losing weight. Definitely null that is healthy for you. Short of not eating, it would be very hard to lose more than 5lbs or so in that much time. Eat good, drinks lots of water, and excercise! Definitely cardio! But daylong term, you need to add some coefficient upbringing (nothing heavy) since hooligan requires more calories to uphold itself (therefore, more muscle, more calories burned every day).
