either one, as long as you give each assemble at small digit day in between workouts so that they can rest.

1-2 times a hebdomad depending on your training program. If your going all the way to muscular failure (the point where you physically not do added rep) than you should only condition it once a week. If its not that intense then 2 is ok.

Once a week. But when the hooligan is exercised, brutalize it. Muscles grow when they are at rest. A hooligan that doesn't get complete rest won't grow or become stronger. Some lifters training their muscles so such in 1 workout they verify 2 weeks off. Exercise the muscle, not the weight.
