I commonly impact discover in the farewell and do my cardio (basketball / jogging) in the evening. My discourse is, will this routine slow down my hooligan growth? Im afraid that i am straining my hooligan and not let it rest. My working schedule is as follow, im working discover routine but dif hooligan group each day. Monday: Chest and Tricep Tuesday: Back and Bicep Wednesday: Shoulders, every 3 parts Thursday: Rest Friday: Abs and Legs Saturday: Cardio Sunday: Rest Will that strain my hooligan or stop its growth?

Sure you can, it is recommened that you strenght condition first and then do your cardio right after, if you strenght condition your entire body in one day, meaning all of your hooligan groups, ie. legs, arms, back, chest, etc. then you should not strenght condition the next day but you crapper still do cardio everyday.

Evy is correct. it module only slow down your muscle growth if you are not intake properly. just make trusty you are not lifting weights every single day and you are getting proper sleep.
