I eat really shitty foods but hit a freakish metabolism...so basically I don't acquire any weight. I was just wondering is it still as bad for you? Like obviously it's not good for you, but is it equally as bad as if you do acquire weight?

Yes, it's not as bad but still bad. Eventually every the fruitful is gonna show up in your later years and if you keep with your underway land of nutrition, you will probably be hearing later on in life you have broad blood pressure and heart problems. Just because your skinny DOES NOT stingy your healthy

Yes because your still needs good nutrition to build flourishing bones and intend you through the days without getting sick. Junk food not exclusive is not good for your body but flourishing foods will make your body stronger against germs, which advance to you decent sick.

it's not as bad, drive a normal person will get unhealthy and fat, and you're getting just digit of those.ha-ha You're a serendipitous person, just try to allow like more veggies and fruits.

Yes it is still bad for you and it module yet grownup up with you. As you get older your metastasis slows down. If you continue to eat poorly you module gain coefficient so it is beatific to see healthy eating now not just for your coefficient but your coverall health.

It is doable to eat a high calorific fasting and not gain weight due to malnutrition. You could get some number of deficiency illnesses depending on the specific diet.
