Im 5'5 125 lbs and 13 years old is 4 km in 30 minutes on an eliptical, 50 situps, 100 reps on a rower machine, and 25 pushups a good exercise to retrograde a lowercase weight and gain some muscle

Yes but be sure to keep adding reps and cardio as you improver your physical abilities, like for example every few weeks or in a period add minutes on the elliptical or reps of situps. Ellipticals also give you the freedom to TUrn up the endurance, so maybe after you get utilised to it for a few weeks add up the tension. Its beatific excercise routin and im sure it module show Results :)!

Dear Friend, As per my calculations, your coefficient as it is is saint for your geezerhood and height.Your current Body Mass Index is 20.8 kg/m2. you are doing fine. you are in teens, till the geezerhood of 20 you will gain muscles and weight. i would declare that when you are around 16/17 ready a trainer so that you can built your body.
