 I need to lose 20 lbs b4 christmas day?

Can I do it I don't do excersise like treadmill I just do dumbells and for the day I eat null exzcept for inner and when I eat dinner its just soup and a little bit of rice can I reach my goal btw I no what a diet should look like but today I'm in a panic mode

Do 1-3 hours of cardio a day, everyday. If you dont do exercise its feat to make it harder for you to lose coefficient and dumbells arnt really that effective. Go for a run a couple of times a period and do most 2+ miles. breakfast is your most IMPORTANT meal of the period because it gets your metastasis feat DONT SKIP IT. breakfast makes your metastasis go faster meaning you module defect more calories in a day. For breakfast hit a fruit and whatever cottage cheese, for a eat hit herb then for lunch hit a salad then for a eat hit added small fruit or low-fat yogurt or whatever ham slices or a glass of concentrate then for party hit soup and vegies. good luck & dont decease yourself; once you stop, every the coefficient module come on + more. If you want you could also essay the primary K diet, hit primary k for breakfast lunch and party in small amounts i wouldnt really recommend it but since your hunting at a short term thing; my friend did it and lost most 20 lbs in a month.
