Nothing.. Our breasts are just fat, thats all there is, no muscle. All woman's breasts sag later in life, it's just natural.

Chest and back exercises. You can move with push ups (girl push-ups). they module help the muscle underneath the boob tissue to tighten which module pull the boob up some. you do the back exercises so you can torso can be more up right which module give an even more displace in the entire body.

I use this organisation at the gym for your triceps and pecs. Working the pecs must be beatific because I dress a 32 D cup and my boobs don't sag at all! So work your pecs a little I would suggest.

You can training the muscles low the breast paper but there is no training that actually effects the breasts. Good bras or cosmetic surgery are the only genuine fix.
