 Does changing the calories you eat daily support you retrograde more weight?

I've heard that if you change your calories each period you will lose weight. Example~ Day 1: 1200 calories , Day 2: 2000 calories Day 3: 1500 calories. Has anyone tried this, and does it work? I am very frustrated right now because I am stuck at the weight of 116 pounds and I wish to be 110 pounds. No, it doesn't attain the slightest bit of difference. If you want to lose weight, reduce your calorie intake and process your activities (Increase your exercise). Stay away from fatty greasy foods. Stay away from 'ready prefabricated meals' and 'take-aways'. Best of luck

Yes it CAN support you retrograde weight. typically this is called calorie cycling. another edition is called carb cycling. some people ingest this method vs a straightforward low carb diet. OR a ketogenic fasting (less than 50 grams of carbs...my favorite btw) i'd personally recommend you at 116 to eat this EVERY day: 100 grams of carbs 140 grams of protein 70 grams of fat divide that into 3-4 meals. and you hit your content for each nutrition of the day. carbs crapper be: oatmeal;fruits;green veggies;beans;sweet potatoes protein crapper be: chicken breast;tuna;fish;steak;turkey;eggs fats crapper be: extra virgin olive oil;almonds;cashews;fish oil start doing cardio 30 mins 3 x per week also. watch your body turn athletic looking right in front of your eyes! give it 6 weeks. stick to it! good luck!!
